I exist at the intersection of creativity, care, and community. Across art, wellness, and entrepreneurship, my work centers one belief: the body and mind heal together, or not at all.
Raised in Buffalo, New York. MPA. Body contour specialist. Multidisciplinary artist. Atelier residencies in France. Studio work in Peru. Founder of four brands — each one an extension of the same mission.
Everything I build is for the woman who is done waiting for permission.
Art found me long before I had language for my pain. Before strategy, structure, or success, there was making. In seasons marked by grief, heartbreak, loss, and deep personal transition, art became the place where I could release what my body and mind could no longer carry.
It was never about aesthetics — it was about survival, regulation, and truth. Every mark, texture, and layer became a way to process trauma, restore my nervous system, and reclaim my voice when words felt insufficient.
Today, my practice uses art as an intentional healing modality. I don't create to decorate. I create to connect.
Bodied was born from learning that trauma doesn't only live in the mind — it lives in the body. After years of high-functioning, overworking, and pushing through stress, I came to understand that strength without regulation leads to burnout, inflammation, and disconnection.
Body contouring, lymphatic work, and intentional strength training became tools not just for aesthetics, but for release, regulation, and reclamation. They helped me feel safe in my body again.
The results may be visible — but the real transformation is internal. When the body feels supported and respected, healing becomes sustainable and confidence becomes embodied.
Healing without ownership only takes you so far. There comes a point where the work is no longer just about processing what you've been through — it becomes about building what you deserve.
The systems I teach through The Snatched System and Becoming Her are extensions of that same philosophy. Structure creates stability. Discipline builds trust within yourself. Income creates options.
When a woman understands her body, her habits, and her capacity to execute, she stops relying on chance and starts creating outcomes. This is where confidence becomes tangible — not just how you feel, but how you move, decide, and build.
Not everything is meant to be consumed quickly. Some things are meant to be felt, remembered, and carried with you. Link Collective exists as a physical expression of that belief — connection, permanence, and presence.
A moment shared. A decision marked. A memory you don't have to revisit to remember.
In a world that moves fast and forgets easily, creating something lasting becomes intentional.
None of this is separate. Art taught me how to process. The body taught me how to release. Structure taught me how to build. Experience reminds me to stay present.
This work is not about one service, one offering, or one moment. It is about a woman learning to feel deeply, heal fully, move intentionally, and build a life that reflects all of it. Everything I've created is designed to meet her at different stages of that process — not to change her, but to return her to herself.
